Since 2015 the Latah County Library Foundation has contributed more than $25,000 to the district’s libraries.

Upcoming Projects

  • The purchase of a 3D printer for use at the Moscow Public Library for activities that support and strengthen youth science, technology, engineering, art and math (STEAM) activities.

  • Six HDMI-capable monitors to serve as digital signs for each branch library to provide current events, highlight new book titles and share up-to-date, useful information.

  • A new, more robust computer server for the Latah County Library District’s online catalog

    2015

    Purchased six Chromebooks for districtwide program use

    Funded Flipster digital magazine subscription launch

    Contributed toward the purchase of SenSource people counters for all seven district libraries





    2016

    Purchased a LulzBot Mini desktop 3D printer and Dell Latitude laptop for use with the printer

    Contributed toward the Juliaetta Community Library Project

    Contributed to major updating of the Moscow Library first floor

    Helped fund replacement of tinted windows at the Bovill Library

    2017

    Contributed toward Moscow Library Public Art Project

    Funded districtwide presentation series on the Civilian Conservation Corps in Idaho by Ivar Nelson and Pat Hart

    Contributed toward Genesee Library remodel

    Purchased public computer desks for the Potlatch Library

    2018

    Funded districtwide presentation series on Historical Idaho Women

    Contributed toward final phase of Genesee Library remodel

    Funded refinishing of large exterior timbers at Potlatch Library
